Integrated servo-pneumatic solution: the MF-RWC-4000 control drives a FESTO servo-pneumatic cylinder with built-in position and force sensors. Replaces a traditional pneumatic cylinder and rivals fully electric servo guns at lower cost.

- R&W TECH welding machines use Medium Frequency DC (MFDC) inverter technology; AC controls are also offered (AC-RWC series).
- MFDC works at 1–10 kHz vs. 50/60 Hz mains: faster current rise, smaller HAZ, consistent nugget, balanced 3-phase load. Preferred for AHSS (500–1000 MPa).
